Terms, refunds and privacy

Mystery Maps ("we") publishes digital map guides. This page covers the Times Square map ("the map"). Plain-language version below.

What you are buying

The Holiday Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks every spot and every route in the map on your devices until January 10, 2027. It is not a subscription and never renews.

Using the map

Your pass is for you and your travelling party's personal use. Please do not copy, scrape, resell, republish or share the map's text, spot write-ups, design or code, or build another product from them. Each pass carries identifying marks so that misuse can be traced, and we may end access and take action if the map is copied or redistributed. All content is © 2026 Mystery Maps. All rights reserved. The underlying street data is OpenStreetMap's and stays under its own licence (see Credits).

Delivery

This is a digital product. There is nothing to ship. The pass unlocks immediately in your browser after payment and is available on any device you restore it to.

Refunds and cancellation

If it is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you will get one, no questions asked, back to the original payment method. Use the contact form in the map (menu, then Contact us) or email the support address shown here once published, and include the email you paid with and your payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is on your receipt). There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Accuracy

Opening hours, prices, events and walking times are estimates and change often. Please check before you go. The map is a guide, not a promise, and you use it at your own risk. Be careful crossing streets.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email, a payment ID and the fact that you paid, so we can restore your pass. The price is shown in US dollars; your bank may convert it to your local currency.

Privacy

No accounts and no passwords.
Your pass is saved in your browser (a cookie and local storage). Clearing browser data removes it from that device, and you can restore it with your checkout email and payment ID.
Your location is used only if you tap "Use my location", only on your device, and is never sent to us.
Messages you send through the contact form are emailed to us and used only to reply to you.
We may use cookie-free analytics to count visits.
